us, a postal address and telephone number. This personal information will be held
indefinitely or until review every five years.

or a contract between us, or you have chosen not to attend one of our events, or made
yourself known to us, or to one of our agents or staff, within this five-year
period; your details will be securely deleted from our database.
We will automatically delete your contact information from any digital backup, at the end of
the five-year period or within one month from the date we receive your request to
withdraw consent. The contact details will be securely deleted and overwritten with new

If after a period of five-years has elapsed, and we have received no follow-up to your initial

information will be automatically deleted in totality at the end of the five-year period.
